Arrow Dash Saga Terms of Service

1. Scope and operator

These terms describe the Arrow Dash Saga game and related support provided by WildGrassX Studio. Contact: support@wildgrassx.com. Please review them before using the service. They do not replace any consent legally required for personal information processing.

For copies obtained through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the software license unless an applicable custom license is supplied through the App Store. These terms supplement the service information; they do not override the applicable Apple license, Apple platform terms or mandatory consumer rights. We have not designated this document as a custom App Store EULA.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

Use the app in accordance with applicable law, the platform's usage rules and any necessary guardian permission. You may play for your own personal use within the applicable license. The current game does not require a developer-operated account.

Do not fraudulently obtain or falsify purchases, manipulate advertising rewards, attack the service or interfere with another person's lawful use. Restrictions do not remove rights or exceptions granted by applicable law. The app's code, artwork, audio and other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners; downloading the app does not transfer ownership.

3. Gameplay, progress and energy

The game offers arrow puzzles with hearts, a countdown, energy, hints and optional assistance. The app displays the rules and available actions. A new run or retry consumes energy; energy recovers over time. A revive or extra-time action continues the current run rather than starting a new one. An eligible skip completes a level through the skip action.

Progress and preferences are stored locally. Closing or reinstalling the app, device loss, storage changes or resetting progress may affect saved play. We do not provide a developer-operated cloud-save service or guarantee recovery of local progress. An unfinished run may not be preserved. Resetting game progress does not cancel or refund an Apple purchase.

4. Advertising and rewarded actions

The free experience may include banners and spaced interstitials after natural level completion. Rewarded ads are an explicit player choice for revive, extra time, energy or skip. Ads are subject to connectivity, consent requirements, provider availability and successful presentation. A reward is granted after the ad SDK confirms that its reward condition was met; closing early or a failed ad may not qualify. Contact support if a confirmed reward is missing.

Ads and linked destinations are provided by third parties. Their offers and transactions are subject to the relevant provider's terms. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations and for addressing reports of inappropriate or defective ads.

5. Optional Remove Ads purchase

If a live purchase is offered, the Apple purchase confirmation shows the actual price and currency. Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. It removes banner and interstitial ads and lets you explicitly choose revive, extra time, energy refill and skip without watching ads. The same game-action conditions and energy cap still apply; purchase does not remove the run’s life or time mechanics or the energy cap, automatically revive you, or automatically complete all levels.

The purchase only grants the benefits described at the point of sale. A local test price is not a live offer. When the purchase is unavailable or disabled, the app is not offering a chargeable transaction.

Apple handles payment. Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoration depends on Apple's verification and product availability. We do not promise Family Sharing or transferable access unless expressly offered. Refunds and legal cancellation rights follow Apple's processes and applicable consumer law; use Apple's refund request service or refund guidance. Refund eligibility is not guaranteed by us. A refunded or revoked entitlement may cease to apply. Statutory remedies remain available.

6. Availability and changes

Core puzzles can operate offline; ads, product queries and purchases need connectivity. Technical issues, provider outages and device compatibility may affect features. We may make proportionate updates for functionality, security or compliance. Material changes will be communicated as required by law and do not permit arbitrary removal of purchased benefits or override applicable refund or other remedies.

You may stop using the app at any time. Where protective measures are necessary to address fraud or unlawful use, they must be proportionate and respect applicable law and purchased rights. No developer-operated user account is created or terminated through ordinary play.

7. Privacy and responsibility

See the Privacy Policy for local storage, advertising providers, Apple purchases, support information and your choices. We will provide the service with the reasonable care required by applicable law. No promise is made that every device or connection will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer protections.

8. Questions, disputes and updates

Please first contact support@wildgrassx.com with service concerns so we can try to resolve them. This does not limit your right to contact regulators, use an applicable dispute-resolution process or bring proceedings before a competent court. Applicable law determines governing law and jurisdiction, including mandatory protections available in your place of residence.

We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date and give further notice or seek agreement where required. Changes are not applied retroactively in a way that removes legally protected rights. If translated versions differ, interpretation remains subject to applicable mandatory law; no translation overrides such rights.
