Arrow Dash Saga Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

WildGrassX Studio operates Arrow Dash Saga (iOS bundle ID: com.wildass.arrowaway). This policy explains information processed through the game, its advertising and purchase features, and support requests. Contact us at support@wildgrassx.com.

The game does not require a developer-operated account. Core puzzles can run offline. Advertising, purchase information, purchases and restoration require a network connection. Features may vary by version and availability; a disabled purchase button is not an offer to charge you.

2. Information stored on your device

The app stores your current and unlocked levels, sound and haptic preferences, music volume, energy balance, and energy recovery timestamps in its local app storage. These values support gameplay, saving preferences and energy recovery. Your current board and run resources are used during play; an unfinished run may not survive closing the app.

The current app does not upload your puzzle progress to a developer-operated server and has no developer-operated cloud-save account. Apple device backups may include local app data, depending on your settings. Apple manages those backups under its own policies.

The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise device location for its gameplay features.

3. Advertising and privacy choices

The app integrates Google AdMob for banner, spaced level-completion interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google's SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, app/device identifiers, ad exposure and interaction information, app interactions, crash information and performance diagnostics. Google uses relevant information for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, service improvement, security and fraud prevention, as described in its SDK data disclosure and Privacy Policy.

Our current iOS configuration requests non-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher first-party ID, and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not access the advertising identifier through an ATT authorization in this configuration. Non-personalized ads can still involve information processing and device storage; they do not mean that no data is collected.

Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages applicable advertising notices and choices. The app checks consent information before ad requests. When required by UMP, Settings includes Advertising privacy options, where you can revisit available choices. Consent choices and technical consent information are processed through UMP. The choices shown depend on your region, age-related requirements and the provider's configuration. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. Some advertising or reward options may be unavailable after a choice or when ads cannot load. Simply accepting these service terms is not consent to optional advertising data processing.

Purchasing Remove Ads, when offered, stops banner and interstitial display and permits the four reward actions without watching ads. It does not erase information already processed by advertising providers or cancel their independent retention obligations.

4. Apple purchases

Apple processes App Store payments. Through StoreKit, the app obtains product information and transaction or entitlement information, such as the product identifier, transaction status and revocation status, to verify, grant and restore access. We do not receive your full payment-card details or Apple Account password.

An available Remove Ads product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. In versions where production purchasing is disabled, there is no live purchase offer. Local StoreKit tests do not make a real payment. See Apple's Privacy Policy for Apple's processing.

5. Support communications

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, attachments and diagnostic details you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems, address privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store correspondence. Please do not send payment-card numbers, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Redact unrelated personal information from receipts and screenshots.

6. Purposes, legal grounds and recipients

We use necessary local information to provide the game and its settings, verified transaction information to provide purchased access, and support information to respond to you. Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform the service you request, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as support, security and preventing abuse, subject to your rights. Where consent is required for advertising technologies or other optional processing, it must be obtained through the relevant choice mechanism; it is not inferred from using the game.

Information may be processed by Google for advertising and consent services, Apple for distribution, payments and device services, and our email service provider for support. We may also disclose information we actually hold where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. Provider roles and any further recipients depend on their services and published policies. This policy does not characterize all advertising disclosures as outside a jurisdiction's definition of sale, sharing or targeted advertising; applicable choices must be considered under local law.

7. Retention, deletion and transfers

Local gameplay information remains on your device until changed or removed, subject to iOS storage and backup behavior. Reset all progress resets level progression; it preserves audio/haptic preferences and does not clear energy records, provider data or purchases. Deleting the app removes its local app container subject to iOS behavior and backups. Offloading an app can retain its data.

We keep support correspondence only while reasonably needed to handle the matter and relevant follow-up, prevent abuse, or meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and the email service's storage/backup processes. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup. Google and Apple determine retention for information they independently process under their policies; contact them for corresponding requests.

These providers may process information outside your country. Applicable protections and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and relevant law; consult their published privacy information. We remain responsible for meeting legal obligations for transfers we arrange. Contact us for information about a transfer relevant to your request.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or applicable sale/sharing/targeted-advertising choices. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority. We do not penalize you for exercising legally protected rights, although some features may require certain information to function.

Email support@wildgrassx.com and describe the request. We may need proportionate verification and will respond within the applicable legal time limits. We cannot retrieve local-only progress from your device or erase records independently controlled by Apple or Google; we will explain available steps. See Data choices and deletion for practical instructions.

9. Children and security

The current version is a general-audience puzzle game, not a child-directed service. Its App Store age rating describes content suitability and is not an age gate or a substitute for privacy consent requirements. The current app does not operate a dedicated child profile or age-verification service. Where local law requires guardian permission, a minor should use the service with that permission. If you believe a child's information has been handled improperly, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. We do not knowingly request children's personal details through a game account.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and service, but no device, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You should protect your device and Apple Account.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the game, providers or applicable requirements. We will update the date and provide additional notice or seek consent where required; an update does not retroactively authorize a new use that requires consent.
