By downloading or using LucidRead (the "Application"), provided by WildGrassX Studio, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Use of the Application & User Content

You are solely responsible for any digital books, documents, or files (TXT, EPUB) you import into the Application. You agree not to import or parse any content that violates intellectual property laws or copyright regulations.

2. In-App Subscriptions & Purchases

The Application offers optional Pro Subscription / Lifetime Purchase options:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Management & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are processed exclusively through Apple's official refund mechanisms.
• Restoration: Purchases can be restored on any compatible iOS device logged into the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" button in the Application.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure seamless VoiceOver accessibility and Text-to-Speech performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WildGrassX Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Application.
