LucidRead (简声) is built by WildGrassX Studio as an accessibility-first, no-login reading app. We believe reading should be available to everyone — including blind, low-vision, and distraction-sensitive readers.

1. Our Commitment

Accessibility is not a feature we add later; it is the foundation of the product. From the first line of code, LucidRead was designed to be used entirely by ear, without ever needing to look at the screen.

2. VoiceOver & Gesture Support

The app offers full VoiceOver integration with clear, predictable gesture controls — Magic Tap to play or pause, three-finger swipe to change chapters, and a Z-shape scrub to exit and save. All controls are labeled and announced for screen-reader users.

3. Contrast & Readability

Our interface targets WCAG AAA contrast ratios, with oversized, crisp typography, generous spacing, and a distraction-free layout. Readers can adjust text size and speech rate to their own comfort.

4. Privacy & Focus

LucidRead contains no third-party advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no analytics that follow you. Your library stays on your device or your private iCloud — a calm space built for focus.
